Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions regarding the W. N. Ireland merger with Reavis Insurance.
Q: When will this merger affect my policy?
A: At the time your policy renews it will renew with W.N. Ireland as your agent
Q: Will my company change?
A: It should not change, however if your risk has changed in any way we may have to find a new company for you. But typically your company will not change.
Q: Will my policy number change?
A: If we are able to keep you with the same company your policy number will not change.
Q: Will my premium change?
A: Insurance premiums fluctuate yearly, so there is no guarantee that your premiums will not change, but assuming you’ve had no change in your risk the change will be minimal if any.
Q: Do I continue to make my payments at the same place?
A: If you pay by mail directly to the company, yes. If you pay by mail or walk in to agency, no. Send agency mail to PO Box 217, Yadkinville, NC 27055 and walk in to 113 E. Main Street, Yadkinville, NC 27055.
Q: Where do I call for claims and policy changes?
A: You will now call W.N. Ireland for policy changes at 336-679-8861. For claims you can call your specific company or W.N. Ireland as well. You can also email us at administrator@wnireland.com.

Q: Will Kenneth Reavis and Linda Groce still be available?
A: Yes. Linda will now be working part time at Ireland Insurance and Kenneth will maintain his license under W.N. Ireland’s corporate license.
